Challenge

In modern, urban cities the young male professional hustles from business meeting, to the office and out at night to social events. All the while he wants to look good. But, quite paradoxically, he doesn’t want to have to care about the products that he needs to keep himself looking good.

Vision

A succinct & simple Product Service System to supply young male professionals with the hair care products they need without hassle.

Process

The trend that birthed this concept was highlighted whilst conducting a workshop with a client in the hair care industry. We dove deeper using User-centered research methods to create a brand language that spoke to our desired target and a pain-relieving PSS that made sense for our customers.

Result

A simple and effective PSS system. A succinct brand language that spoke to our target through sharp language & relatable content, delivered through a blog, simple design & concise marketing.
